At Notorious Neons, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns will be accepted for items purchased from our website Notorious Neons.
2. Custom Neon Orders
2.1 Refund Policy for Custom Neon Orders:
- Refunds for custom neon orders can only be issued within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. This is because manufacturing begins immediately after this period.
- To request a refund within this timeframe, please contact us at admin@notoriousneons.com.au with your order details.
2.2 Changes to Custom Orders:
- After the initial 12-hour period, changes to custom orders cannot be accommodated due to the manufacturing process.
3. Pre-Designed Neon Signs
3.1 Return and Refund Policy:
- If you are not satisfied with your pre-designed neon sign, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Please contact us at admin@notoriousneons.com.au to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Warranty
4.1 Indoor Signs:
- We offer a 24-month warranty on all indoor signs. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
4.2 Outdoor Signs:
- We offer a 12-month warranty on all outdoor signs. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship.
4.3 Warranty Claims:
- To make a warranty claim, please contact us at admin@notoriousneons.com.au with details of the defect and your order information. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your claim.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom neon signs that have passed the 12-hour refund window
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@notoriousneons.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
